• Terazyme GP has been specially formulated to replace flammable solvents and harsh caustic chemicals. It is safe for end users, low-odor, and non-toxic.
• Coverage rates vary depending on usage rate, surface porosity and texture.

Industrial

Use RTU Cleaner A to clean any dirty or contaminated surface. Use in dip tanks for degreasing engine blocks, carburators, hydraulic valve lifters, pistons and other heavily grimed parrs.

Dip Tanks: Dilute 1:1 to 1:5 Use 1:1 for degrcasing engine blocks, carburators, hydraulic valve lifters, pistons and other heavily grimed parts. Especially effective at removing varnish and carbon depos- its. Due to the unique patented oil- splitting characteristics, which pro motes used oil reclamation, TERAZYME GP™ has been used for extended periods without replacement. Temperature and agitation affect cleaning time. The evaporation rate is similar to water.

Pressure Sprayers: Dilute 1:20 to 1:50 Apply 1:1 and Iet soak on heavily soiled areas. Pressure spray with diluted solution (1:20 to 1:50) to remove grease, grime, light rust, oxidized paint, dirt, etc.

In an industry closely controlled and monitored by government regulations for maintaining safe and clean environments, RTU Cleaner A is a necessity. Use 1:1 or with the appropriate dilution to penetrate through layers of built-up grease and dirt on floors, walls, food processing equipment, deep fat firyers, stainless steel appliances and countertops. A diluted solution can be used effectively in the daily maintenance of floors, walls and equipment.

Manufacturing
Removes cutting oils and machine lubricants from parts after manufacture.

Marine Industry
RTU Cleaner A is used for multiple maintenance applications. For example: removal of algae on hulls, cleaning transfer lines and tanks and as a bilge cleaner for removing oil, grease and grime.

 

Transportation Industry
Truck and bus companies, railways and rental car companies use RTU Cleaner A to clean-up cxteriors and interiors of vehicles, trailers; degrease engines and transmissions; and remove soot and brake dust build-up on wheels.

 

Building Maintenance
Malls and shoppiong centers, manufacturing plants, grocery stores and retail outlet owners, contractors and maintenance personnel use RTU Cleaner A to remove dirt, wax, residue oil, grease and other contaminates from any washable surface. Dilute to scrub floors, walls, windows and glass.

Smoke, Soot and Carbon: 1:1 to 1:10. Removes these contaminates from brick or stone, walls, steel, wood, metal and paint. Scrubbing witha wet bristle brush may be required.

Food Processing Plants

Directions

• Manually remove heavy contaminant and debris
• Apply RTU Cleaner A sufficient to wet the surface, or Soak
• Allow to set or soak for 5 - 15 minutes, keeping all sur- faces wet
• Wipe, broom, power scrub, powerwash
• Rinse with water or diluted TeraZyme GPTM
• Repeat where necessary

Factors Affecting the Cleaning Eficiency of TERAZYME-GP™ CONCENTRATE Are:

Concentration: Difficult cleaning tasks require more concentrated sołutions [fully concentrated to 1:1 (water) dilution], while lower concentrations [from 1:5-50 (water)] may be effective for many applications. Temperature: Effectiveness increases with increasing temperature up to 212" F (120° to 160° F being ideal). TERAZYME GPT can be used in steam cleaners.
