RTU Enamel is an extremely hard and durable two-component epoxy for consumer and professional use. It is specially designed to restore the finish on tubs, sinks, toilets, ceramic wall tiles, and appliances. Klenk's Epoxy Enamel can be used on any hard, solvent-resistant surface, such as ceramic, metal, stone, marble, melamine, fiberglass, etc. Do not use on plastic or imitation marble, stove top ranges, or other surfaces subject to excessive heat. Always test surface with RTU Enamel Thinner prior to use. RTU Enamel is available in three standard colors (White, Bone, Almond) as well as special order colors.

It is a one component, moisture curing, solvent free adhesive with excellent sag and bead stability based on polyurethane chemistry. The BRTU Adhesive A adhesive cures with environmental moisture and skin formation and curing is dependent on humidity, temperature and application dimensions._x005F _x005F All DuPont Adhesives products are primarily developed in co-operation with the automobile manufacturers, according to their needs and their specifications, they are approved for the specific applications as defined by the customer. The use of the product other than approved appliction have to be released in written form by the Technical Service of DuPont Adhesives.

It is biodegradable, non-hazardous and VOC compliant. TERAZYME GP„¢ is formulated for quick, thorough lifting and suspension of contaminants for easy rinsing. TERAZYME GP„¢ has undergone years of field trials and testing to meet government regulations for safe, non-toxic chemicals and is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

RTU Foam is a polyethylene foam material that is expanded in heat oven after extruded with the help of chemical inflators and cross linking agents that are put inside. It has advanced chemical and mechanical features thanks to its cross-linked structure Compared to DurProx (physically Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam) the cell structure is larger and the surface is not as smooth. It can be used in many areas that sound, heat, humidity insulation and shock protection is intended. It can be produced for different sectors as cut plate, roll, tube, extra-laminated or non-laminated.

RTU Foam A is a co-extruded combination of PETG Copolyester resin with a proprietary foamed core made from Eastmans RTU Foam A System. RTU Foam A offers advantages over traditional materials where low weight and sustainability are larger parts of an applications fitness for use requirements. PETG FOAM is a reliable, safe alternative to high impact polystyrene (HIPS) in the opaque rigid medical packaging market. PETG FOAM also shows considerable manufacturing improvements over HIPS in terms of processing, waste reduction, and reduced cleaning; all resulting in lower overall processing costs.

RTU Foam C is a two-part, room-temperature, platinum-cure, self-blowing silicone foam designed for liquid dispensing. This product is ideal for potting in applications where lightweight and thermal protection are required. Its viscosity profile enables excellent flow around components, and it is excellent for potting complex parts. The chemical composition results in a cured product that is hydrolytically stable as well as reversion-resistant. The cured product provides electrical insulation and physical shock resistance for components and enables environmental protection.

RTU Hot-Melt Adhesive

RTU Hot-Melt Adhesive is a standard hotmelt silicone adhesive, specifically designed for transdermal drug delivery systems. It can be melted for coating, and then will return to a generally flowless state upon cooling. RTU Hot-Melt Adhesive adhesives are permeable to many drugs and excipients and are designed to adhere drug-loaded systems to the skin. RTU Hot-Melt Adhesive is produced through a condensation reaction of a silanol endblocked polydimethyl-siloxane (PDMS) with a silicate resin. The addition of a PDMS plasticizer to the condensate provides the adhesives hot melt characteristics.

RTU Ink E is a waterborne, low V.O.C., electrically conductive ink and coating suitable for application by rotogravure or flexographic. This product features adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass, and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for RTU Ink E include, but are not limited to, medical electrodes, EMI/RFI shielding, polymer thick film circuitry and membrane switches.
