Composite Materials Core Material A is a closed-cell, cross-linked polymer PVC foam formulated for durability, strength, and high processing temperatures. It is compatible with multiple resins and adhesives. It has a very low water absorption rate and excellent chemical resistance. Ideal for many lightweight composite applications.

Composite Materials Core Material B is tooling material (chemical board) for models & molds in various processes. It is light weight and has excellent machinability. It has excellent dimensional stability, heat resistance and strength.

Composite Materials Core Material C is an ideal material for making permeable surfaces. Combined with IG040 slabs, it allows the creation of parking spaces or even stable access routes while maintaining soil permeability in urban areas. Flexible and fitted with thick walls, IG040 tiles guarantee the strength and longevity of your projects. Between the walls of the slab, the gravel remains in place and increases the stability of the whole. IG040 tiles, easy to install, are delivered pre-assembled by 4 and are assembled using a simple and robust fixing system. The lightness of the slabs and their preassembly ensure a quick installation allowing you to carry out several hundreds of m² per day.

Composite Materials Core Material D also known as 3003Al is an Aluminum honeycomb. It is great for non-aerospace and industrial applications and is a cost-effective lightweight solution.

Composite Materials Laminate A is composed of layers of a pigmented paper melamine resin inner cores and white, black, or colored cover sheets. The main difference between this product and ES-1 is that the Composite Materials Laminate A is colored rather than white. The material comes in a standard sheet size of 36 inches ± 1.00 x 39 inches ± 1.00, with standard thicknesses of 1/16, 3/32, and 1/8 inch. Composite Materials Laminate B is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. Typical applications include insulation in power generation equipment and other structural applications when used in elevated temperatures. Composite Materials Laminate B is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

Composite Materials Molding Compound B is an inorganic reinforced phenolic molding compound, offering excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability, and processability. Customers have found this material useful for automotive applications. It is not intended for electrical insulating applications. Composite Materials Molding Compound B is available in black.

Composite Materials Surface Finish A Base White have been developed for the fiberglass industry where reduced burn characteristics are needed. When properly applied, Composite Materials Surface Finish A coats will meet ul 94v-0 requirements. Sfp gel coats are formulated with a brominated polyester resin system. Federal, state or local regulations may limit their use in certain applications. Check with the appropriate governing agency. Since the flame properties of sfp gel coats in the cured state will vary depending on catalyzation, ultimate cure, and the laminating materials used, it is suggested that the user submit samples of the entire composite for testing by an independent lab. Composite Materials Surface Finish A gel coats are designed for interior, non-water immersion service only. Because these gel coats are formulated with a brominated polyester resin, they do not have good resistance to UV and/or water attack. These gel coats are ready to use, easy to spray, sag resistant, fast curing and require only the addition of the proper amount of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. Sfp's are available in many visually appealing colors. Certain custom color matching is available on request.

Composite Materials Surface Finish D is a pre-accelerated, low-smoke, fire-retardant, polyester-based gelcoat designed to be applied by spray in a thin layer of 500μm. It incorporates new intumescent technology. When exposed to fire, Composite Materials Surface Finish D forms a foamed, cellular charred layer, offering a high degree of protection to the surface of the composite. It is restricted to a standard light grey color and is designed to be post-painted. It is formulated to EN45545-2 standard to meet HL2.

Composite Materials Laminate C is a flexible EAP laminate for actuators and capacitive sensors. Composite Materials Laminate C for electroactive applications consist of one or several ultrathin silicone layers of Composite Materials Laminate C Film. This film, which is only 20 to 400 µm thick, is coated with special electrodes, laminated and cut to shape. Several layers are then stacked on top of each other.

Composite Materials Surface Finish B is a pre-accelerated topcoat with excellent scuff resistance, designed for use in general purpose GRP moldings. It is based on a high quality orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin and is suitable for all general molding requirements. The product has been formulated for brush application.
