Directions For Use

Half fill the spray tank with clean water and engage the agitation. Slowly add 250 ml of Synergy Tank Cleaner for every 100 liters of water added. Agitate for approximately 15 minutes. Ensure all internal areas of the tank have been rinsed, and then empty the tank through the pump, boom, nozzles, etc. During the emptying process, engage any bypass or other circuits and outlets to ensure that all areas are rinsed through. Once empty, refill the tank with clean water, and repeat the emptying process again as above. For knapsack and motorbike sprayers, half fill the tank, and add 25 ml of Synergy Tank Cleaner for every 10 liters of water. Agitate vigorously, and circulate through the pump, hose etc by spraying back into the tank. Empty, refill with clean water and re-circulate again. CAUTION: Some crop protection products, particularly herbicides such as phenoxies (e.g., 2,4-D) and sulphonylureas (e.g., metsulfuron-methyl) can be very difficult to remove completely by cleaning alone. Residues of these products can be very active at extremely low rates on susceptible crops, and care must be taken to follow up cleaning with thorough decontamination procedures. Do not flush spray equipment near to desirable plants or their roots.

Spillage

Exclude non-essential people from the area. Wear protective clothing and prevent material from entering waterways. Absorb spill with inert material such as soil, sand, etc, and place in a waste container. Wash area with water and detergent, and absorb with further inert material. Dispose of safely to a suitable landfill.
